How long will my order take to arrive?
If you've purchased one of my electronic templates, no time at all! If it's not sitting in your inbox within the hour, please check your spam folder and failing that, contact me!
How much is postage?
For electronic files and templates: Zip, zilch, nada.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we go wherever email does.
Can I return or exchange an item I have ordered?
We do not provide refunds for digital items.
